Notes and Conditions:
Although the amount shown is representative of the season, different pricing applies on some nights 
Rates are quoted in Euro, on daily basis including taxes and maid service.
Weekly rates are valid for any stay exceeding 7 overnights.
Breakfast is on request at 9 EURO extra charge per person per day.
For late checkout (day use up to 18:00) 50% of daily rate is charged upon hotel’s availability confirmation.
Baby cot and folding bed provided upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total cost and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
As there are no addresses in Oia due to the historical layout of the village, we strongly recommend an arrival transfer for your convenience.
An ARRIVAL TRANSFER will guarantee that a knowledgeable and helpful representative of CASA FRANCESCA – MUSSES STUDIOS will be waiting for you at the airport or port and you will be brought directly to check in. This will ensure an efficient and enjoyable entry to the island enabling you to start enjoying your vacation faster. The cost is 30 euro per vehicle each way. Maximum 4 persons per car. If you wish to reserve a transfer please reply to this email with the following information:
- Arrival Details (ship/ flight number, Airline/Ship Company, arrival date and time, number in party).
- Number of cars needed for transfer.

Casa Francesca – Musses Studios is centrally located off the main road, easy walking distance to the shopping centre and the sunset point.
Check in takes place in our main office Ecorama Holidays, located in Oia bus terminal.
If your arrival time is anywhere after 22:00 hrs and before 8:30, please inform us (office hours 09:00 - 21:00 GTM+2) and we will have a person waiting for your arrival in our main office Ecorama Holidays, located in Oia bus terminal, to direct you to your accommodation.
From 15th November - 30th March please inform us about your arrival time independently of the hour.

Cancellation Policy:
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before the arrival date.
Any cancellation made within 20 to 2 days prior the arrival, results 50% charge of the stay. Any cancellation made 1 day prior the arrival, no show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.

Please have in mind that the photos of the rooms are representing only the type of the room. Consequently, there is no guarantee of providing you with the exact same room shown in the photos or in the virtual tour but the exact same room type.
